Payment / Shipping Policies

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We also accept money orders and checks. We will ship your order upon receipt of your money order or check.

We ship all orders via UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise. If you request another carrier (e.g. FedEx or Postal Service), there is a $5-$10 handling fee, depending on the size of the order.

Money Back Guarantee / Return Policy

If you are unhappy with a product you receive from us for any reason, we will issue you a full refund or replace the product subject to the following:

Contact us to indicate the problem and your intention to return the product.

After receiving a confirmation number from us, ship the product back to us (unused) in its original shipping container within 10 days of when you received it.

We will pay return shipping ONLY for damaged or broken candles.
